In my painting, I explore all manner of visual narratives in a magical realism style. My subject matter spans the story as told by one human face to the collective narratives that form the roots of our most ancient folk and fairy tales as they play out in contemporary culture. In my arts practice, I use eastern and western painting techniques, and embrace both traditional and new media in my creative process.
